On orders we will charge your credit card after we begin production and ready to ship.

Fleur de Lee will repair or exchange any merchandise which you receive damaged. For orders received damaged, you must call 718 238-1579 within 72 hours of receipt of your order. You may also email fleurdelee@nyc.rr.com Again, you must call or email. We do not accept merchandise back after this time period or merchandise which has been damaged by the customer or visibly worn.
